DESCRIPTION:9:38 CONFERENCE is hosted by Praise Centre Church. \n\n\n\nAs a church\, we exist to love God and help people follow Jesus. This mission statement was created to capture our mandate as followers of Jesus to carry out both the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) and the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-39). God invites us to be active participants in His mission\, rather than remian passive observers. \n\n\n\nJesus instructed us to pray earnestly for more workers to go into the harvest field: \n\n\n\n36 When [Jesus] saw the crowds\, he had compassion for them\, because they were harassed and helpless\, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he said to his disciples\, “The harvest is plentiful\, but the labourers are few; 38 therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest.” \n\n\n\nMatthew 9:36-38 \n\n\n\nThe harvest is beyond the walls of our church – our campus; our local community; our workplace; our city. \n\n\n\nThe purpose of 9:38 CONFERENCE is to awaken our church to the urgency to share the gospel\, and equip and empower us to evangelise to the people God has placed in our lives. \n\n\n\nWhether you’re a teenager or retired\, God has called you to make disciples! \n\n\n\nEVENT DETAILS \n\n\n\nDates: Friday 12 September\, 2025 – 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM AESTSaturday 13 September\, 2025 – 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM AESTLocations:Main Event (Friday) – Glen Eira City Council / Town Hall – Corner Glen Eira and Hawthorn Roads\, Caulfield VIC 3162Workshops (Saturday) – Praise Centre Church – 514 Dandenong Road\, Caufield North VIC 3161Admission is FREE — just register to secure your placeOptional meal packages and free shuttle buses from the city are available to make your travel even easier\n\n\n\nCome expectant\, leave refreshed.
